Working bets

In the context of craps, the term working bet (or live bet) refers to bets that are in play for the shooter‘s current roll.

As craps is a multi-stage game, not all bets placed on the table are live at every point in time. Bets that are based on the point being established, for example, will not be working during the come out roll. On the other hand, pass line and don’t pass line bets are always live and in play.

Working bet:
