In the context of video poker, a full pay game is a term used to refer to the highest-paying variant of game. These games have the highest payout odds and the highest overall payout percentage. 

The opposite of a full pay game is a short pay or low pay game. These terminals offer significantly lower RTP rates than their full pay counterparts but usually offer players the ability to place smaller bets. For example, a full pay 9/6 Jacks or Better machine has an RTP figure of 99.54%, whereas a low pay 6/5 machine only has a 95.00% payout percentage.
