NetEnt has announced the release of a new slot based on Narcos – a popular show about the drug lord Pablo Escobar on Netflix. The release is scheduled for May 23rd, 2019.

This follows the tradition of NetEnt developing slots for media franchises, such as Vikings. The announcement also follows a recent one, promising a sequel to Dead or Alive slot.

With 243 pay lines, the slot game will include a variety of bonuses to fit the theme. The Walking Wild symbol is designed to move one reel left every consecutive win, while the regular wild will replace the symbols that are shot by the timely appearing gangsters behind the reels.

The bonuses will also include multipliers, highly paying free spins and a special Locked Up feature of symbols moving together and locking for bigger payouts.
