Banker (Dealer, Croupier)
A banker (also referred to as a dealer or croupier) is a casino worker who is responsible for running the game. Amongst other duties, dealers are responsible for accepting bets, dealing cards, enforcing the rules of the game, and handing the winners their payouts. To become a dealer at a casino, a potential employee must first go through a dealing audition.
