AskGamblers, service mostly used for resolving online casino customer complaints, has published a report on all the complaints they’ve received in 2018.

So far, the site helped resolve the 1854 cases and retrieve $6,757,547,31 for customers in 2018, which is 10% more than in 2017.

Interestingly, almost 70% of the submitted complaints were rejected. Mostly due to insufficient proof, lack of information and breach of terms on the customer’s side.

Some rare but peculiar reasons for rejecting the complaints were using foul language in the claim or submitting one for a wrong online casino.

The accepted complaints were usually connected with payment issues and affected 5896 players across 688 casinos.

As for the time of complaint resolution, statistics also vary:

  • Average resolution time – 11 days
  • Shortest resolution time – 8 minutes
  • Longest resolution time – 325 days
