Croupier (Banker, Dealer)

Croupier – the dealer. His or her job is to control the gaming process, particularly, regarding the distribution of bets and payouts.

Also referred to as a banker or a dealer, this casino worker is responsible for running the casino game. Amongst other duties, dealers are responsible for accepting bets, dealing cards, enforcing the rules of the game, and handing the winners their payouts. To become a dealer at a casino, a potential employee must first go through a dealing audition.
